Description: Appliance repairers set up, install, maintain and fix machines such as washers and refrigerators. Most appliance installers & repairers specialize in repairing large home appliances like washing machines, dryers, heaters and Air conditioners. However, some appliance repairers concentrate only on small appliances like microwaves, coffee makers etc. They work with a variety of tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, soldering guns, ammeters and watt meters. Apart from repairing works, they also need to estimate costs, maintain records, prepare bills and interact with consumers. Appliances are increasingly becoming technologically advanced and so is the demand for skilled technician.
