Program Title: Legal Assistant / Paralegal Certificate & Diploma Course
Description: According to National Federation of Paralegal Associations Legal Assistant/Paralegal is a person qualified through education to perform substantive legal work that requires knowledge of legal concepts, and is usually, but not exclusively, performed by a lawyer. Legal Assistants perform tasks such as researching legal issues, drafting legal documents, preparing pleadings, summarizing documents, organizing trial notebooks, and interviewing clients.
